RN Information Session Times
Information Sessions are offered every Monday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Click here to enter the Webex meeting.
Information Sessions are offered every Tuesday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Click here to enter the Webex meeting.
The password for both sessions is Nursing
Fun Facts:
*Students can log in 10 minutes before the meeting starts.
*The meeting will automatically lock after it begins. Please be on time so you don't miss anything!
AFTER students have attended an Advising and Information session, they may see a Nursing Advisor for an in-person, one-on-one using the code provided in the Information Session. Students MUST have the code to be seen.
RN Advising Hours: No Appointments, Walk-In ONLY (you must have the code from the virtual session above)
- Wednesdays from 9:00 am-4:00 pm. (Closed for lunch 1:00-2:00 pm)
- Thursdays from 9:00 am-4:00 pm. (Closed for lunch 1:00-2:00 pm)

Programs Offered
Maricopa Nursing Waitlist
Currently, the Maricopa Nursing waitlist is about 2-3 semesters. The waitlist can fluctuate depending upon how many students are applying for the waitlist. Maricopa Community College District only has one waitlist. There is no way that Nursing advisors can check to see how many students are ahead of you on the waitlist.
Placement Timeframes
Spring semester placement typically occurs during October. Fall semester placement typically occurs during March. Placement will continue to occur until all seats are full or until about 4 weeks before the semester begins.
Placement letter
From this point on all correspondence will be through your Maricopa email. Make sure to either forward to an email you check often or make sure to check your Maricopa email often. Students are only given 7 days to respond to offer letter. If you do not respond, you will be removed from the waitlist. Students are allowed to defer once, but the second time that you are offered a seat, if you do not accept you will be removed from the waitlist.
