Fashion design, merchandising and retailing are in need of well-trained executives. Educated professionals at the community college level and beyond will be the ones to fill this need. At MCC, we are committed to education, internships and the transfer process to four-year universities so you can achieve your goals.

Fashion Design prepares you to pursue a career as a designer in the fashion industry by developing the technical, creative and knowledge-based skills needed to compete in this competitive environment. You'll learn how to cultivate design ideas, create garments and accessories, and present a fashion line of your own through MCC's Fashion Show.

Careers include fashion designer, technical designer, textile designer, accessories designer, pattern maker, alterationist, tailor, fashion illustrator and more.
