Get Support and See Resources

What's a referral?  A referral is an alert from your instructor or other concerned person that you may be experiencing academic difficulties, or maybe your personal life is off track.

An EARS referral helps you find support resources to stay in class and successfully finish. Falling behind in your studies can have a domino effect on your ability to earn your degree, get a good job, transfer, graduate or even qualify for financial aid or scholarships. Success in school starts with you!

How Will EARS Help?

We can help you identify options, resources, and/or solutions to keep you on track in your  career or education plan. All services are free and confidential.

Being referred into EARS  does not become part of the your academic record. It is a communication system to link students, faculty and staff to campus resources that can assist you in ways you might not have considered.

The Early Alert Referral System (EARS) is part of a student success initiative to assist students in their educational pursuits at MCC.
