Before beginning, you will need to know your MEID and your password.

If these tools are not able to locate an MEID or password, please contact the HelpCenter at (480) 461-7217 for assistance.

Log in to your account at in any supported browser.  Firefox or Chrome are the recommended browsers.

Type your MEID and your password in the fields and click the Log In button.

Next, click on the Gear at the top right and select Mail settings.

Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP link.

Click on "Add a Forwarding Address" button.

Type in the email address where you would like your messages to be forwarded and click next.

You will now see a message stating that a confirmation code has been sent to the email address you specified. This is done to prevent accidental forwarding of emails to accounts other than your own. Click on OK. Confirmation Code Sent Prompt

You should now go check your other email address for an email that contains a confirmation code.

If you click on the link in the email to confirm the request it will take you to your email account and automatically confirm the forwarding settings.

If you still have your student email open and would like to enter it manually, go back to your student email account and enter the confirmation code in the confirmation box on the Forwarding Tab and click Verify.

Move the radio button to Enable Forwarding and select the behavior you wish your forwarding account to perform then click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.

Congratulations! Your email is now forwarded, you will now receive all incoming mail to this address to your selected email.

Please note that this will only forward new messages from this point on. Anything that is already in your inbox must be forwarded manually.
