Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
The Human Resources Management System (HRMS) is the system of record for all HR related data and serves both staff and self-service employees in the areas of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Training, and Talent Management.

Student Information System (SIS)
SIS is the system of record for all student information and serves both students and staff in the areas of Admissions, Recruiting, Academic Advisement and Curriculum, Student Records, Financial Aid, Student Financials, and Campus Community communications.

College Financial Systems (CFS)
The College Financial System (CFS) is the system of record for all accounting transactions, including Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and General Ledger.

Early Alert Referral System (EARS)
EARS is an online system designed for faculty and staff to identify and refer students who may be experiencing academic as well as other difficulties.

The MCC Intranet serves as a communications center for employees, centralizing news and information about the college, employee awards and recognition, and resources to perform job duties. The Intranet is available to all MCC employees and provides links to common resources, forms and campus activities.
Personal Administration Tool
Self Service web tool to assist faculty and staff with enterprise MEID lookup and password changes. This tool also allows for the ability to record business contact phone numbers and locations for the directory which then feeds updates to the HRMS system.
