Earn Your Wellness Incentive

  • $25 Wellness Incentive for eligible MCC Employees working out 33  hours or more by the end of the semester.
  • Employees have the option to register for NON-CREDIT or CREDIT
  • Use the Southern & Dobson and/or Red Mountain facility
  • Employees are responsible to pay the Registration Fee, User Fee and Turn in the Tuition Waiver*

Registration for Non-Credit

  • Employees should register for Section 24089 online or contact Jim Haggerty
  • Tuition Waiver not required.
  • NEW for this year!  Employees have the option to register for Fall 2016 through Summer 2017.  Register for non-credit Section 43121 ($75) online or contact Jim Haggerty

Registration for Credit

  • Employees should register for PED115- Section  22462  online or contact Jim Haggerty.  This section is for employees only.
  • Upon registration please take tuition waiver to the cashier.
  • *Please check with Human Resources for your tuition waiver status.

Once Registered:

  • Employee has access to the Fitness Center, Health Improvement Center (S&D only) and the Lifetime Fitness Group Activity Schedule.
  • Eligible employees who workout a minimum of 33 hours for Fall 2016 semester qualify for the $25 Wellness Incentive.
  • If you are new to the centers, please contact Jim Haggerty or Gail Herndon (S&D) to complete an orientation and health history.
  • Employee may be required to provide physician's clearance to participate.
