Kurzweil 3000 and Respondus Lockdown Browser

Students may have Alternative Testing accommodations to use Kurzweil 3000. Kurzweil 3000 is a software that provides a student's test to be read out loud to them. If the Alternative Testing accommodation for use of Kurzweil on tests is approved by the DRS department and the class is being asked to use Respondus Lockdown Browser there are additional steps needed to allow the software to work together. The CTL and DRS have come up with guidance on how to configure the Respondus Lockdown Browser settings in Canvas to allow Kurzweil to be used. The guide can be found as a part of the How to Documents on the CTL website. If there are additional questions or concerns the DRS department will be able to assist.
