The Lifetime Fitness Centers are an educational program that provides lifelong fitness skills to everyone who participates. These exercise programs are designed to offer a flexible schedule with a wide variety of workout options.
Use one, two, or all three exercise facilities at Southern and Dobson campus
And two fitness centers at Red Mountain campus
Workout sessions of the students' choice are available during the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. Both letter grades and pass/no credit options are available. All Lifetime Fitness Center instructors are certified college faculty.
We advocate the development of healthy lifelong fitness skills to students, faculty, staff, and community.
