Reporting

The Student Code of Conduct 2.5.2 policy guides the process. The purpose of this Student Code of Conduct is to help ensure a productive and safe environment for students, employees, and visitors. The Student Code of Conduct applies to any activity that occurs on any college or MCCCD premises, or at any center/site or MCCCD-sponsored event or activity that adversely affects the college community and/or the pursuit of its objectives.

Student Code of Conduct referrals are submitted using an online incident report, using a Maricopa wide system. In the online form, when faculty select "Student Code of Conduct," the concern is routed to the Dean of Students.
