Girls Get IT

Join us for the Girls Get IT event for high school junior and senior students and adult women wanting to pursue a career in IT.

What is Girls Get IT?

Girls Get IT is the East Valley event that will engage and inform over 250 young women and working professionals on the wide array of exciting careers in STEM fields and how they prepare for or advance a career in IT.

This event is sponsored by the Maricopa Information Technology Institute, East Valley (MITI) a collaborative of Chandler-Gilbert, Mesa and Scottsdale Community Colleges. Girls Get IT

High school girls will participate in a fun day of hands-on activities, make new friends, obtain information about emerging careers in technology, and hear from other women about their achievements in the field. 

Women interested in pursuing or advancing a career in IT will have opportunities to connect with professionals currently holding IT positions.
