Required Application Documentation

  • Original Salesperson Application & Fee
  • Original AZ State Exam Score Reports
  • Proof of Legal Presence (front & back)
  • Pre-licensure Education Certificate
  • Disciplinary Actions Disclosure (Form LI-214/244)
  • DPS issued AZ Fingerprint Card (front & back)
  • Hire as a Salesperson & Fee (Form LI-202) or hire online for a reduced fee
  • Contract Writing Course Certificate
  • Disclosure Documentation (if applicable
  1. Complete the Required Education Coursework
    The 90 hour course requirement consists of 18 classes. Per the Arizona Department of Real Estate, students are limited to completing 2 classes per day.  All coursework must be completed within 6 months from the date of enrollment.   2. Get a Fingerprint Clearance Card
    All students are required to obtain a fingerprint clearance card as part of the Real Estate licensing process.  Review the State of Arizona Fingerprint Card information in the box to the right.
  3. Schedule your License Exam
    The Arizona Department of Real Estate uses Pearson Vue as their testing provider. Contact Pearson Vue at www.pearsonvue.com to schedule the state and national examination.
  4. Submit All Required Licensing Paperwork
    Apply for your license with the Arizona Department of Real Estate at www.azre.gov.     In order to practice as a real estate agent you will need to select a broker who will hold your license. If you need assistance in finding a broker, please check with your instructor for help.
