Mesa Community College has been sponsoring students for participation in the Disney College Program for over ten years at the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida while earning internship credit.
During this time, over 100 students have elected to earn internship credit and have successfully completed the Disney College Program.
In Fall 2008, we added the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, California to our internship opportunities.
Students can elect to take credit course work at either Disney College Program location and earn up to 12 credits through Mesa Community College during the time they are in their internship.
Each year Disney recruiters visit the Dobson campus to discuss the opportunities available at the Walt Disney World® Resort and the Disneyland® Resort and provide information on how to apply for these internship opportunities. Students can earn full time college credit through Mesa Community College as a Disney College Program participant including their internship and by taking select courses offered at either the Walt Disney World® Resort or The Disneyland® Resort.
