This enrollment packet contains an official agreement section for you to complete with your faculty member.

Please schedule a meeting with your selected faculty advisor to discuss:

-- How many credits you are going to earn

-- What are your Course Learning Objectives & Relevance

-- Potential service sites for you to meet the course objectives

Make sure to obtain the faculty members signature.
