Customer Care / HelpCenter

The Customer Care division of College Technology Services (CTS) can assist you with technical support, help desk questions, and media services. This division is comprised of several sub-divisions:

Desktop Support

Our desktop support specialists provide help and advice to faculty and staff using college computer software or equipment. We support internal CTS College Technology Services employees as well as assisting non-CTS users who are having computer, hardware or software problems.
