Surveys Overview

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) occasionally conducts survey research related to internal OIE research projects or on behalf of internal or external stakeholders. Often times, these surveys assure that respondent information is kept anonymous or confidential. To understand our approach to these surveys, please read our Overview of Survey Anonymity and Confidentiality.

The table below lists current surveys that are consistently administered at MCC on a cyclical timeline. For example, All MCCCD colleges currently participate in a cycle of three nationally-benchmarked surveys that measure student satisfaction and student engagement. In addition, MCC requires all graduating students to complete an exit survey when applying to graduate, and also surveys students at the end of courses taught by adjunct, probationary, OYO/OSO and certain appointive faculty. The results of these surveys can be accessed below, and a timeline of the administration cycle is provided for reference.
