Below are some templates that can get you started.

- Right click with your mouse on the below, download and save
- Open WordPad on your computer (Start->Programs->Accessories->WordPad)
- Select the File menu->Open
- Find the e-mail address and change it
- Save it to your computer & upload it to your MCC or to WebCT
