- It teaches you to question everything.
- It helps you in other classes...teaches you good research habits.
- SPSS is not only used in psychology, it is used in the business world as well, so business majors would get the full effect.
- Good instructor--works with students.
- Learning environment in classroom.
- Gain knowledge of working through e-mail.
- Well, I think Dr. Chavira makes the class very interesting.
- She explains the class projects and assignments clearly.
- At first I was scared at taking this class because friends told me that the class was boring and hard, but Dr. Chavira makes the class very interesting that it makes you want to come to class!
- Fair.
- I learned a lot at a very fast pace.
- If you like to do computer work, this class is great!
- Thought provoking.

- You setup camp in the library.
- You have to read a bunch of dry, meaningless facts (until you find out what they mean of course).
- You need to have basic e-mail skills.
- You need to be able to read a lot!
- Lots of handouts!
- Critical thinking used in papers.
- I only have one negative point and that is that she gives a lot and I mean a lot of handouts.
- Very time consuming at times.
- You shouldn't take this class if you don't like writing papers.
- Lots of library time.
- You can stress out about not finding things.
- If you don't have enough time to do research, then don't take this class.
- You need some computer background--or at least it would be helpful.
