Students will need to log into MyITLab. Remember to use Internet Explorer.
The assignments for the lab include online training, a downloaded project, and a quiz.
The online training in MyITLab uses a simulated environment.
The online training sessions mirror the labs in the Skills for Success lab book.
The quiz covers all of the Word chapters and the questions are from the Multiple Choice questions found at the end
of each chapter in the lab book.
The downloaded projects required students to download, edit, save, and upload a file.
Warning: When the assignment file is downloaded from MyITLab it is stamped with identification data, which is verified when uploaded. After the file is uploaded, the Grader checks for original work and can also detect if text was copied and pasted from another document. Be sure to do your own original work. Questionable work will result in a zero for the assignment and could lead to immediate withdrawal and a failing grade in the course.
Use the Skills for Success lab book as a reference when completing the labs in MyITLab.
Students have 3 attempts to complete each assignment in the lab and the highest score of the 3 will be recorded.
