| Helping you with configuring Netscape Mail, and using it to contact your instructor. |
This technical support line will NOT:
| Help you with your commercial Internet provider. You must contact your provider's technical support for help with your Internet connection. | |
| Help you with your English Assignment. Contact your instructor for this information. |
The Learning Enhancement Center
The second type of help is a tutoring service to help you understand the software that you are using for your course, how to use your mail and instructional bulletin board, etc. This help is through the Learning Enhancement Center. You may call for an appointment and sit down with a tutor one on one to receive any technical help you need to succeed in any distance learning or computer class.
