After watching my instruction video above, you will post to the Canvas "Discussions" forum, a description of where, how and why you are currently functioning in the role of leadership. Where are you currently a leader? What do you do and/or how do you do it? AND, most importantly, why?

Write in a word processor, edit and check for spelling and grammar. Check your word count. Make sure your short essay has an introduction, body and conclusion. Then copy and paste your thought-paper essay to the "Discussions" board in Canvas. After you post, read other students' essays, and post an intelligent reply to at least two of the essays.
