B: Wherrlwynd is the one Wherl that story wise is not a Praetorian. But bio wise she will eventually run into the other Wherls as she has animosity towards Herri and anybody who helps her, so most likely she'll spar with the Heris if they're with Herri. With the Wherls and Heris setting to coincide as the Wherls plan to strike the city and Wherrlwynd wanting to end Herri's life, they will run into each other. Whether they become permanent allies or squabble with each other as well, only time will tell. A story of Wherrlwynd already setting the wheels in motion of a long bitter relationship between to the two McBride siblings can be read here. It's the same story featured on Herricane's page. A nutshell on Wherrlwynd is that she's a normal average girl that has gone completely nuts. All because of jealousy. Angela is the classic younger sister that was the good one. Didn't break rules, got good grades in school, active in the community, devoted some of her free time helping other people, didn't give her parents much trouble, if at all. Nearly a parent's dream come true. Throw her older sister Emily, aka Herricane, into the picture. Emily is the social girl. the party chick, the one that was getting into trouble, or nearly pushing it when it came to what her parents expected her. Wasn't completely rebellious and bad, but certainly wasn't good either. Very flirty, slept around, lived off her parents, etc. Yet she managed to get away with it because she was the older daughter and she knew enough to keep from getting punished. This bugged Angela to no end obviously. Doing everything right, and not anything extra rewarding for it, Emily did a lot wrong but didn't catch heat for it. Toss in Emily sudden gain of superpowers. Normally Angela probably would have been able to find a way to deal and cope, but the superpowers thing pushed her over the edge. Not only did she feel that Emily couldn't handle what power she was given she would most likely use it for her own gain, which isn't too far from the truth, but not as bad as Angela would assume. So Angela's bright idea is to get the same powers Emily does, and resorts to the combination of drugs, Superadine, and the magics of the Circle of Thorns. Yeah not such a good idea. In regular comic book fashion, this gives Angela the powers she's seeking, but completely made her insane. She's now just a power hungry, destructive, and vengeful person. The only goal of her current life is to show up Emily and finally prove to herself and Emily that she's the sister that did everything right in life and deserves these powers, not Emily who has just fluttered through life as it was one big party. And if the world discovers this truth as well, all the better. Angela's pre insane personality still exists to a degree. She can still determine what's wrong or right, has a bit of her intelligence intact, which helps her survive as a villain running around the Rogue Isles, but for the most part her judgment and more logical thinking is clouded by her thoughts of Emily. Herri in her usual style is very relaxed, she does the superhero thing because it seems like a good idea, but isn't beyond using her powers for her own gain, and doesn't break too many crimes. Existing as Herricane, she's always ready to party, she's confident, and souped up sexy, and she knows exactly what she is and what she has to offer. Angela on the other hand is more of a mystery, as Wherrlwynd, her vengeance towards Emily/Herri seems to drive her existence and her actions. Not much exists beyond that, as it consumes most of what Angela is focused on nowadays. In contrast to Herri's sexiness Wherrl is just kinda.. there. Despite the fact that due to her gaining her powers her figure is as impressive and head turning as Herri's, just its not Angela's nature to be so. That trait existed before Emily and Angela turned into Herricane and Wherrlwynd, respectively. And Emily continually teased and poked fun of Angela for that, usually assuming that Angela wasn't showing her more girly sensual side due to not giving Emily the satisfaction of proving that Emily was the hotter sister. All this while that Emily that Angela was not willing to admit that, she really just didn't care, it wasn't something she though of much, sure she had urges and feeling like any other girl, but outwardly it didn't matter to her to express them. She figured she's find that right guy at some point and was content with Emily having a boyfriend every other month. Ok so that wasn't much of a nutshell, but that's the difference between Herri and Wherrl :) Oh, that and Wherrl is MUCH shorter than Herri, and everyone else for that matter. The screenshots should show this. Oh one last thing, one thing I dig so much about having a small pint-size character is the closeness and detail I can get of the mobs I'm fighting, especially EBs/EVs. Like Luminary and Aurora Borealis and Sky Dragon. It's so cool! |
