This May, an estimated 1,000 track and field athletes from across the country, will arrive in Mesa, Arizona for the NJCAA Division I National Track & Field Championships.
You can help ensure that their experiences, and those of the visiting coaches, team officials and spectators, will be a positive one as a member of the most visible team at the meet – the volunteer workforce.
If you’ve been a volunteer in the past, or have been thinking about becoming one for the first time, today you have the opportunity to sign up and offer your services for the three-day NJCAA Division I National Track & Field Championships, May 15-17, at John D. Riggs Stadium on the campus of Mesa Community College.
This marks the second time the championship event will come to Arizona in nearly four decades.
The goal is to sign up volunteers to serve in a variety of capacities: athlete hospitality, event operations, and others.
