Services Offered for Visiting University Representatives

Our focus at Transfer Services is to provide students with the resources they need to ensure a successful educational process. We recognize that without your help we could not meet the educational needs of a diverse student body. Our students express much interest in and appreciation for the resources each of you brings to our campus. We too appreciate your continued visits to Mesa Community College and look forward to helping you in any way that we can.

To better serve you and our students, we are providing you with this list of services available and a few guidelines to ensure we make the most of everyone’s time and efforts.

Services Available:

  • Visit information can be posted on the Transfer Services' Web site, bulletin boards, and distributed to advisement and faculty.
  • We can arrange table visits in high traffic areas (indoors or outdoors).
  • We can provide conference rooms with audio-visual equipment for group information sessions.
  • We will provide you with a private booth for individual student appointments.
  • We will schedule your individual student appointments for you, make reminder calls, and try to make sure students are prepared for their meeting with you.
  • We will distribute your publicity materials and applications.
  • We can arrange for you to speak at an advisor informational meeting at MCC.

Some Guidelines:

  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are the best days to visit from 9:00AM-1:00PM as there is "high traffic" on campus.
  • View our Academic Calendar for a list of Holidays and breaks. For events going on around campus please see the MCC Event Calendar.
  • Please let us know if you have a schedule change as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointments.
  • Please let us know if you have scheduled any of your own appointments so we don’t double book any of your time slots.
  • Please make table requests at least three weeks prior to your visit.
  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a table visit so that we can make the proper adjustments to our publicity around campus.
  • Please remember conference rooms must be requested at least four weeks prior to your visit and make sure to specify if you need any audio-visual equipment.
  • Must show proof of accreditation.


All requests must be made through Advisement/Transfer Services. Please fill out the online visit request form or call (480) 461-7548.

We encourage you to inform us of your visit dates, specific requests, and cancellations as early as possible. We strive to make your visits at MCC a positive and productive experience for you and our students. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help make this possible.
