Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) and Maximum Timeframe (MTF) Appeals Deadline Information for Spring 2012

*Priority Deadline for Spring 2012 SAP and MTF Appeal forms is DECEMBER 22, 2011
Priority Deadline Definition: SAP and MTF appeals forms must be submitted by December 22, 2011 to guarantee that a decision will be made by the start of the semester. Additional financial aid processing time may take a minimum of at least 30 business days after the appeal decision has been made
**Semester Deadline to submit Spring 2012 SAP and MTF Appeals is MARCH 19, 2012
Book Advances* will start being deposited to student accounts, or student Pre-paid Citi Visa Cards, on Jan. 5, 2012. Students who did not sign up for either of those options on the Maricopa Student Refund Program (MSRP) will be mailed a paper check.
*An early allowance of your financial aid, issued through the MSRP, so that you can buy your textbooks where you choose. Book Advances are only available to students with a financial aid award viewable on their online Student Center, and with excess financial aid funds after their tuition and fees are paid.
