Early Alert Referral System

The Early Alert Referral System (EARS) is part of a student success initiative to assist students in their educational pursuits at MCC.

EARS has been designed for faculty and staff as an online system to identify and refer students who may be experiencing academic as well as other difficulties for added support. The goal of an Early Alert Referral is to connect students with services that can assist in addressing academic problems or difficulties early on in the semester.
