Student Fall & Spring Rates

Attendance, Fees* & Payments

  • All payments are due in advance on the first day of each week your child will attend.
  • A $5.00 fee is added to accounts not paid in full by Wednesday.
  • You will be billed hourly from the time you clock in until the time you clock out. Partial hours will be billed at the hourly rate.
  • If you are late after closing, a $15.00 fee will be added to your account for every 15 minutes you are late.
  • To maintain enrollment at the center, all fees must be paid.
  • Accounts that are outstanding at the end of the semester will be flagged with the fiscal office. You will be unable to access your transcripts or register for classes.
  • Payment is required for all registered times whether your child is in attendance or not.
  • If an emergency occurs and your child needs to be absent from the center for one or more weeks, a schedule change may be filled out to reduce payment to a minimum of 2 hours per week. If you withdraw from the center without giving notice, you will be charged for two weeks' tuition and the amount will be filed against your account.
  • The center is responsible for maintaining adult-child ratios and licensed capacities. If you bring your child outside of your regularly registered times, we may not be able to accept them.
