Nelnet - NBS/FACTS

Maricopa County Community Colleges are pleased to offer NBS/FACTS as a convenient online payment option. With Nelnet you can:

1. Select installment plans that are spread over several months, depending on the length of the semester.
   • Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) are payments you have authorized NBS/FACTS to process directly with your financial institution. Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.


2. Make payments from your checking, savings, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card.
   • Credit Card payments enable you to take advantage of various bonus programs offered by your credit card company. Payments will be automatically charged to the credit card you designate on the 5th of each month until the balance is paid in full. Credit card payments are processed by American Card Services, Inc.


3. Login for convenient online payments .

This is not a loan program. You have no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check. The cost to budget your interest-free monthly payment planis a $20 per semester or $40 annual non-refundable NBS/FACTS Enrollment Fee.

NBS/FACTS Advantages

We believe NBS/FACTS will offer many advantages to our students which include:

1. American Express and Discover may now be used to pay expenses through NBS/FACTS in addition to Visa and Mastercard.
2. Students may spread their payments over a longer time period and more payments.
3. Students may pay online instead of having to pay inperson at an MCCCD campus.

Enroll in NBS/FACTS/e-CASHIER

Ready to get started? Good. Be sure you have the following information ready before you start:

• Your MEID as assigned by MCCCD.
• The name, address, e-mail address, and bank account information of the person responsible for making the payments.
• A unique NBS/FACTS access code (PIN number). Please be sure it is something you can easily remember. This is to protect your privacy.
• If paying by automatic bank payments, you will need the bank name, telephone number, account number, and the bank routing number. This information is found along the bottom of your bank checks.
• If paying by credit card, you will need the card number, expiration date, and the security code (usually found onthe back of your card).

Carefully read through e-Cashier's Final Review and the Terms and Conditions before you submit your application. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once enrolled. If a payment fails for any reason, the agreement is terminated and notification is sent to the person listed as responsible for payment.
