Our focus at Advisement & Registration is to provide students with the resources they need to ensure a successful educational process. We recognize that without your help we could not meet the educational needs of our diverse student body. Our students express much interest in and appreciation for the resources each of you brings to our campus. We too appreciate your continued visits to Mesa Community College and look forward to helping you in any way that we can.

Available Services:

• Visit information can be posted on our web site, college bulletin boards, and distributed to college faculty.
• We can arrange table visits in high traffic areas (indoors or outdoors).
• We will distribute your publicity materials and applications.
• We can arrange for you to speak at an open advisor meeting at MCC.

Visiting Advisor Guidelines:

• Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are the best days to visit from 9:00AM-1:00PM as there is "high traffic" on campus.
• View our Academic Calendar for a list of Holidays and breaks. For events going on around campus please see the MCC Event Calendar.
• Please let us know if you have a schedule change as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointments and make the proper adjustments to our publicity around campus.
• Please make table requests at least three weeks prior to your visit.
• Please remember conference rooms must be requested at least four weeks prior to your visit and make sure to specify if you need any audio-visual equipment.
• Print off a detailed Southern & Dobson or Red Mountain campus map.
• Please remember to show proof of college accreditation.
