Service Excellence Champions

What exactly is a Service Excellence Champion?
Someone who:
- Exhibits the ideals of Service Excellence in their day to day functions
- Participates in meetings as needed to coordinate Service Excellence events throughout the College
- Assists in educating their department on the Service Excellence Standard of the month
- Serves as a Service Excellence resource within the department
- Provides feedback regarding Service Excellence and the Service Excellence effort to the Guidance Group
- Serves a six-month term of attending to these responsibilities
