What exactly is a Service Excellence Champion?

Someone who:

    • Exhibits the ideals of Service Excellence in their day to day functions
    • Participates in meetings as needed to coordinate Service Excellence events throughout the College
    • Assists in educating their department on the Service Excellence Standard of the month
    • Serves as a Service Excellence resource within the department
    • Provides feedback regarding Service Excellence and the Service Excellence effort to the Guidance Group
    • Serves a six-month term of attending to these responsibilities
