The mission of the Public Safety Department is to provide for the safety and security of people and property on the campus of Mesa Community College.

Purpose

The purpose of Public Safety is to provide a safe and secure learning environment on the campuses of Mesa Community College. We strive to maintain:

  • The safety of students, employees, and visitors. 
  • The protection of college and personal property. 
  • Parking lot traffic control. 
  • Excellent community and visitor assistance. 
  • Comprehensive lost and found services. 
  • Professional law enforcement services. 
  • Immediate identification of safety hazards.
