Mathematics Instructor - Primary Duties Include:
- Teaching courses from basic Mathematics through Calculus III.
- Creating a master schedule for the Mathematics Department
- Developing a departmental budget
- Hiring, mentoring, and supervising adjunct faculty
- Research, developed, and implemented a Mathematics Assessment Model
- Institutional governance: committees, interviewing instructor candidates,
Strategic Planning, etc.
Tech Prep Coordinator - Primary duties include:
- Maintaining Articulation Agreements with high schools in Northern Michigan
- Establishing Career Pathway activities within the COOR ISD area:
- Resident Expert Program at KCC
- Teacher Inservice Programs
- Applied Math Roundtable Meetings
- Establishing Tech Prep Regional Consortium Activities in North Central Michigan
- Working with the MDCD to further State and National Tech Prep goals
- Tech Prep Grant Preparation and Reporting.
Service Learning Coordinator - Primary duties include:
- Implement Community Service components in traditional curricula
- Michigan Campus Compact Steering Committee
- North Central Region Peer Mentor
