Rebecca Vermillion Shawver possesses a Master of Public Affairs degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis with a concentration in Urban and Regional Planning. Currently employed as the Assistant Director of Grant Development for the state-wide Ivy Tech community college system, Ms. Shawver also has worked extensively with community-based organizations, social service agencies and youth development groups.
