Songs of the Season
Two Songs of the Season performances are scheduled, on Dec. 6 and 7, in the Rehearsal and Performance Center (S-140) of the Saguaro building at the MCC Red Mountain Campus.
Dec. 6 is an evening performance, with Concert at 7 p.m. and Desserts at 8:30. Cost: $10.  Also, a Family Discovery Series lecture at 7 p.m., followed by stargazing, free.
Dec. 7 is a matinee performance from 3 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. with no refreshments. Cost: $5.
Various choirs from the choral department at Red Mountain will perform under the direction of Choral Director Glenn Bennett. A percentage of the proceeds go to MCC music scholarships.
In addition to the concert, attendees will be treated to strolling carolers, holiday decorations, telescopes for stargazing, and enticing desserts.

Astronomy Night at Southern and Dobson
Dec. 6, 6-9:30 p.m.

“Tour the Universe with Pink Floyd”
FREE tickets for Astronomy Night planetarium shows are handed out at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. Organizers are usually ready to hand out tickets by 5:30 pm.
