After a whirlwind six months that saw four liberal arts colleges agree to set up shop in downtown Mesa, the city is probably finished with that phase of its college-recruitment drive.
Mesa has taken great pains to knit the four schools into the fabric of community life, involving them in early discussions with Mesa Public Schools, MCC and groups such as the Mesa Chamber of Commerce.
