The Maricopa Grant Student Success Scholarship is awarded to students attending Mesa Community College to assist with tuition and fees. Students are required to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and are awarded based on a first come first serve basis.
The amount of your scholarship is based on the number of credit hours you enroll in at MCC. Classes taken at other colleges are not considered as part of your enrollment, including Consortium Agreements, for the purpose of this scholarship. If your enrollment level changes then the amount of your grant is subject to change accordingly. For example, if you were offered the scholarship as a fulltime (12 credit hours or more) student but you only plan on taking six (halftime) credit hours per semester your scholarship will be reduced from fulltime to halftime.
