The mission of the Maricopa Community Colleges Women's Leadership Group (WLG) is to provide for the continuous development of a strong and supportive work environment for the diverse women of the Maricopa Community Colleges.

We are looking forward to an exciting year filled with events, seminars, and professional development opportunities. Membership in the the Women's Leadership Group is open to all District employees. Membership dues are $10.00 per year. WLG operates on the same fiscal year as the District - (July 1 to June 30).

AAWCC

The American Association for Women in Community Colleges is guided in all of its endeavors by a firm commitment to equity and excellence in education and employment for women in community, junior and technical colleges. That commitment is translated into action at the national, regional, state and local levels through AAWCC programs, activities and services. Membership information is available on their website.
