• Regular care and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, plumbing and structural needs at all college properties
• Construction remodeling and renovation of college properties
• Emergency repair and support

Custodial

• Regular cleaning and maintenance of all indoor college facilities
• Emergency cleanup
• Wet spills
• Blood borne and medical emergency clean up

Grounds

• Regular care and maintenance of all lawns, trees and foliage on all college properties
• Scheduled seasonal planting and trimming
• Emergency storm clean up
