Facilligence is used to record all facility maintenance requests. MCC employees should submit all facility maintenance requests through the online Facilligence program.
Requests deemed an emergency may also be called into the M&O office (480-461-7096) to expedite the response time.
Please use this process to report facility maintenance requests only. Technology based issues should continue to be addressed through the technology HelpCenter.
Facilligence works best with Internet Explorer & Mozilla/Firefox.
