Welcome to Space and Resource Scheduling:
Due to the New Student Information System Implementation,
the Office of Facilities and Vehicle Scheduling is also
undergoing a transition. By March 12 we hope to be completely
transitioned over to the new Resource 25, which will house
the official College Calendar and process Space and Resources
Scheduling Requests. This new system will affect anyone requesting
ANY classroom, event, or outdoor space, as well as other vehicles
and campus resources. Until the transition is complete- please
see the attached directions for the new process.

Off-Campus Groups:
Off-campus groups must request facilities from the Facilities
Coordinator and this should be done as early as possible. Once
the facility has been approved by the Facilities Coordinator, a
contract will be prepared per the agreement made between the
Facility Coordinator and the requesting organization. The
prepared contract will be sent to the organization's contact
person for signature and must be returned in a timely manner
with a certificate of insurance with a minimum liability coverage
of $1 million.
