Theatre And Film Arts
|
The THEATRE AND FILM ARTS program provides excellent theatrical experience in production and performance with opportunities for participation by students, staff, faculty and the community. A balanced and well-rounded theatrical experience develops confidence and assurance that enables individuals to move from competence to excellence in whatever profession they’ve chosen. Theatrical education provides a valuable base from which to launch careers in film, television, stage, management, marketing, advertising, law, politics, theology, social work, and therapeutic fields among others. The department supports a variety of theatre outreach experiences including four main stage productions as well as student productions and showcases, original works, guest artists, workshops and puppetry performances. |
