“A Historical Perspective of Clinical Neuropsychology"

Clinical Neuropsychology is a relatively new subspecialty within Psychology that focuses on the application of Neuroscience into clinical practice. This presentation will focus on thos applications and ailments such as HIV, Alzheimer's and PTSD.

How to raise children has always been a hotly debated topic. This seminar will focus on the five basic principles of optimal child management and review how the behavioral concepts of reinforcement and punishment apply to the parent-child relationship.

   C.E. Credits - Two hours of Category II Credit are available to psychologists. A Document of Attendance will be given to professionals upon request. There will be a $5.00 fee for professionals requesting a Document of Attendance. Please make checks payable to "MCC Psi Beta". All proceeds will go to the MCC Psi Beta Chapter and will be used for club activities and the sponsoring of future events.

   Presentations will be held at Mesa Community College, Kirk Student Center, Navajo Room, 7:00p-9:00p. Registration and seating begin at 6:40p. Seating is limited.
