Exercise Science (EXS) Course Information

Available Courses:

Exercise Science courses prepares students for successful employment in the fitness and coaching industry and provides transfer credits into the academic fields of Kinesiology, Exercise and Wellness, Physical Education and Athletic Training.  These courses provide students with the fundamental knowledge of exercise physiology, fitness principles, strength and conditioning principles and techniques, exercise testing prescription, research methods, exercise program design, methods of enhancing performance, theory and methods of coaching and officiating classes.

These courses provide a complete and comprehensive program preparing students for academic success through a variety of Certificate and 2 year degree programs.
