Students who complete the nursing program of study achieve an Associate of Arts in Applied Science (AAS) degree, and are well prepared to take the National Council for Licensure Examination Registered Nurse exam, referred to as the NCEX-RN. Our graduates have had a long history of passing the NCLEX-RN exam on the first attempt at a percentage higher than the national average.

The Nursing Department of Mesa Community College has two program site locations to better serve the community:
The Banner Boswell site is located in Sun City, and is a stand-alone nursing program site near Banner Boswell Medical Center. Boswell is no longer accepting new students, and will close in December 2013.

Our Main campus is located at Southern & Dobson in Mesa, offering the benefit of a full-service campus.

We look forward to the opportunity to assist you in your nursing pathway!
