Wait List

My class is full! - Now what?

Note: We are currently testing a new waiting list service to help our students gain access to closed classes. It is currently available for a limited number of classes.

Instructions

Once a course for which you would like to register closes, fill out the form below. Select the class for which you would like to be wait-listed in the appropriate drop down box. Be certain that your contact information is correct, as will not be able to change it, after you hit Submit.

You will not receive a confirmation email after the submission of this form. When you join Wait-List, a timestamp is created to indicate when you were added to the List. If a spot becomes available your instructor will email you with a permission code that is valid for 48 hours. After the code expires, you will not be able to enroll in the course and will have to rejoin the waiting list - at the end of the List.

Wait-List Policy

Adding your name to the Wait-List does not guarantee you a spot in the class, nor does the existence of a list guarantee there will be additional spots available in the course. Instructors will make every effort to quickly inform you of an opening in your desired class.

You are not automatically enrolled in the course. You must check your email account regularly for a permission code and enroll within 48 hours of permission code availability. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the code prior to expiration. If you enroll and fail to pay for the course by the deadline, you will be dropped from the course and will not be reinstated on the List.

You are always welcome to try and enroll on your own if there are open slots in the course indicated by My.maricopa.edu before the start of the course.

All Wait-List position openings are at the sole discretion of the instructor of record for the specified class.
