Belts were made in different styles with human and animal figures represented. They even were made to show wear in some cases. Positions of hands, even the shape of figure nails could be distinctive from one individual to another.

 

There were skinny warriors and there were some with paunchy stomachs. While the average warrior stood about 5 foot 8 inches in height, the tallest was around 6 feet. Shoulders could be tilted or slumped or the warrior could stand erect and rigid. These details mark an artistic sophistication that was clearly at high level.
