Personal Counseling

I have a personal concern that is interfering with my achievements. Things are not going right for me. I am shy and I need to talk to a professional counselor in confidence.

Academic Counseling

What field of interest should I select? What degree should I obtain? I am struggling with a course. What can I do? How do I master math and science?

Career Counseling

I am changing careers; can I apply my skills in another field of interest? I have been a homemaker for a long time. What’s my place in the world of work? What is available to me?

Self-Enrichment

How can I best explore my interest? How can I better handle the stress and challenges? I panic on tests. How can I stop sabotaging myself? My inner dialogue is too negative.
