Computer Lab Instructors - Dobson Campus
CIS Open Lab Schedule, Fall 2010
These lab hours are in ADDITION TO the regular lab hours that our full-time CIS Faculty are scheduled for each week.There will be no instructors assigned on Saturdays to assist with the Adobe Suite, Web Scripting, or advanced programming. However, assistance with CIS105 and general coursework will be available
Note: In addition to helping our students with CIS105 courses, these faculty members can also help our students in: Adobe CS4 suites (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator); Web Scripting (JavaScript, ASP, PHP), Web Development and CIW (xhtml, css), and all CIS programming courses that we offer this semester.

Computer Lab Instructors are available in the Multiuse Lab on the Dobson campus during the Fall and Spring semesters. Lab instructors are NOT available during the Summer sessions. Lab instructors may be able to assist students with a variety of software applications including Visual Basic, Java, C++, and C#. Due to the number of students that need to be assisted, lab instructors cannot help students design and develop a programming assignment from scratch. Students should see their course instructor if they need this type of assistance.
In addition to lab instructors, there are also lab assistants, lab technicians, and lab supervisors that are available to assist students with a variety of software applications. Some may even be able to assist with programming assignments.
Some classroom instructors that teach specialized courses may also schedule some lab hours. Classroom instructors will inform their students of their lab hours.
Note: Lab instructors are NOT on duty during finals week.
