Welcome:
Welcome to the Mesa Community College Culinary Studies website!
Take a Class - Get a Degree:
We are offering a unique program - you can take a single class to polish your culinary skills or you may take a program which will provide you the opportunity to earn a certificate of completion or even an AAS degree in Culinary Studies.
Culinary students develop skills in all
facets of the food service industry. Training is provided
in culinary arts (quantity cooking), commercial baking
and dining room and banquet service through a hands-on
approach.
Prior to enrolling into the MCC Culinary Program each student will need
to have a Food Handlers Card from the Maricopa County Health Department: http://www.maricopa.gov/EnvSvc/EnvHealth/SpecProg/FoodWorker/TestSchedule.aspx
