Set Up Your My.Maricopa Student Account
- Visit: http://www.my.maricopa.edu and click Need an MEID and password for log-in?
- Follow instructions and receive your Maricopa Enterprise ID (MEID).
Login to My.Maricopa
- Click Login on http://www.my.maricopa.edu.
- Enter your Maricopa Enterprise ID (MEID) (This is not your Student ID).
- Enter Password.
- Click Sign in.
Register for Classes Using My.Maricopa
- On your Student Center Tab click 'Add a Class' under the Academics section.
- Select Term (semester), Career (noncredit), and College (MCC). Term classes beginning in June/July are Summer 09. If these are not available to you, go to/return to the Student Center and to the Admissions section below the Academics section. Click 'MCCCD Admissions.' Follow the directions, choosing MCC, noncredit and the term until you get to the 'Add a Class' window.
- Enter the 5-digit Class Number (not the course number) or select Search for a Class. Class numbers are listed with the course description in the class schedule or on the website.
- If you do not have the Class Number, or you wish to view all noncredit classes, select Search for Classes and click Search. Select a subject of ABE, or COMM_ED or SENIORS or ONLINE and a career of Noncredit. A 'search' can result in hundreds of classes, so it is best to know the number and follow the steps in #3. Once you locate a class, click the Select Class button for open classes. If a class does not appear it may be full or canceled.
- Click Next.
- Click Proceed to Step 2 of 3 or repeat steps to add additional classes.
- Click Finish Enrolling when done adding classes.
Make a Payment on My.Maricopa
- Click Make a Payment.
- Make the payment using credit card or select payment plan option.
- Print the payment confirmation.
Update Your Information on My.Maricopa
- Click on Contact Information Box under Personal Information tab.
- Update information.
- Click Save.
- Click Ok.

What if the student is under 18?
Please remember - If you, or the child you are trying to enroll, are under the age of 18 please call us. The on-line, self-service, My.Maricopa.edu is unable to process your registration.
What if the class is full?
Class sizes are limited so early enrollment is recommended. If the class you want to take is full, you will be placed on a waiting list. If the class opens up or another section is added the Continuing and Community Education staff will notify you.
When is the Campus closed?
For Fall 2011 - MCC observes the following national and state holidays:
Labor Day – September 5
Veteran's Day – November 11
Thanksgiving Holiday – November 24 & 25.

Classroom Assignments
Room assignments are made after the printing of the schedule. If your registration receipt does not show the class location, please call (480) 461-6180 the day of the first class session.
Textbooks and Materials
Any required textbooks and the approximate cost of supplies are listed in the course descriptions.
Class Cancellations
Non-credit classes are self-supporting and all course related expenses are paid from student registration fees. Classes that do not meet a minimum student enrollment are subject to cancellation. In the event of a cancelled class, every effort will be made to notify you by telephone. Continuing and Community Education Department is not responsible for failure to contact you. MCC reserves the right to cancel classes based on class size, to make other changes as College needs require and to change, without notice, any of the information, requirements and regulations published in the Non-Credit schedule.
Refunds
A full refund will be given if the student officially withdraws at least 48 hours prior to the start of class. Withdrawals made less than 48 hours prior to the start of class will be assessed a $15.00 processing fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE START DATE. To officially withdraw from class, please call 480.461.7493.
What About Parking?
Well-lit parking is located on the east, west and south sides of the campus. Emergency call phones that ring directly to College Safety are located in parking areas. Buildings are accessible with convenient handicap parking. You do not have to pay to park at MCC. Parking permits are not required for classes.
Special Services
Students who require any special services should contact the Disability Resources and Services at 480-461-7447 at least 2 weeks prior to class.
