  • The payment request will only be approved for the semester you are currently enrolled in at MCC. A payment request will not be accepted for a previous semester.
  • The payment request is only approved for tuition, fees, and books/supplies.

The total of your request may include the total cost of your tuition and fees plus the actual cost of your books (or the maximum amount allowed for books based on your enrollment status).

Enrollment Status Maximum amount you can request for tuition & fees Maximum amount you can request for books /supplies
12 credit or more Actual cost of tuition $600. or actual cost of books with receipt.
9 - 11 credits Actual cost of tuition $450. or actual cost of books with receipt.
6 - 8 credits Actual cost of tuition $300. or actual cost of books with receipt.
Less then 6 credits Actual cost of tuition $150. or actual cost of books with receipt.

You must submit an AmeriCorps payment request each semester you want to receive your AmeriCorps award.

  • Summer session I and II are considered one semester.
  • Winter Intersession is considered part of the Spring semester.
